My name is William R. Anderson Jr., and unlike many merchant service representatives, I'm not a salesperson working from a call center hundreds of miles away. I'm a local small business owner from Brunswick, Ohio, and I've spent my entire career serving people and businesses throughout Northeast Ohio.
For more than 30 years, I have worked in asset protection, loss prevention, security, customer service, and transportation. Those experiences taught me something that many large corporations have forgotten: relationships matter.
As a practicing Catholic and proud member of the Knights of Columbus, I believe in honesty, integrity, and treating people the way I would want to be treated. My faith and commitment to service guide everything I do, both personally and professionally.
Many people throughout Northeast Ohio know me as "Cabby Bill." Since 2003, I have helped thousands of people safely reach their destinations through my transportation services. My reputation was built one customer at a time by showing up, being dependable, and putting people first.
Today, I bring that same commitment to helping retailers, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops, salons, and other small businesses save money and improve operations through National Retail Solutions (NRS).
